SPICA was founded in 1995 in Chennai, at the dawn of India's IT revolution. While the rest of the country was still furnishing offices with imported catalogues, we were already asking a different question — what does an Indian organisation actually need from its workspace?

In 2008, our partnership with Sunon — one of the world's top office furniture manufacturers — brought global precision to our Indian design sensibility. We could now offer products that matched international quality standards at a fraction of the import cost, without compromising on the customisation that Indian projects demand.

Today, with Design Experience Centres in Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad, and a 26-person team of designers, project managers, and installation specialists, SPICA serves India's most demanding organisations — those for whom the workspace is a statement, not just a cost line.
